7/17/2024 – Tyler Adkins did an excellent job! Right on time, very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job! Replaced our opener without difficulty and quickly. He answered all my questions! I will definitely recommend Precision, especially this tech! Thank you for fixing our garage door, and even recognizing some issues with the door, before they became big issues!

5/3/2024 – Our 25 yr old garage door motor stopped working today. Made a call to Precision Garage Door and literally 3 hours later had a new, operational door with the latest technology. Tyler was quick to assess the issue and make solid recommendations. He was kind, friendly and took time to make sure we were comfortable with all the equipment. His installation and cleanup was impeccable too! In all ways, a great experience working with Tyler/Precision.

4/26/2024 – Outstanding service today by Tyler. Very thorough inspection of all 3 doors and recommendations for service and preventative maintenance. I am impressed with the new rollers and springs available today. Highly recommend Precision Door and Tyler for annual service and any repairs.

4/1/2024 – Our garage door jammed with a broken spring on Saturday of Easter weekend with our vehicles inside. Precision Door Service had a service technician, Tyler, available to respond the same afternoon. Precision emailed a bio and photo to introduce Tyler before his arrival, and Tyler called when he was in route with an ETA. Upon arrival, Tyler inspected the door and presented us with a detailed estimate for three repair options since the door and hardware were over 30 years old. The option we chose included the spring replacement (upgrade to 2 springs for safety), and various hardware items that were worn, and the re-use of some items that were still in serviceable condition. Within 2 hours we were up and running again. Tyler was extremely friendly and courteous as well as very knowledgeable and efficient. Thanks for being available and prompt on a holiday weekend and kudos to Tyler for a job well done! Precision is a class act!

1/27/2024 – Should have went here 1st time!! Prompt, curious, professional. There should be more people like Tyler A in the workplace- he was efficient, effective & not only fix things but explained what & why. Tyler’s demeanor and attitude made what seemed like a difficult day turn into manageable – overall very happy (although pricing seemed to sky rocket that wasn’t his fault)

1/7/2024 – Tyler did an outstanding job from start to finish. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. He gave us options and once we selected he was quick to get the job done. Highly recommend.

1/4/2024 – Tyler A was our tech. Very courteous and knowledgeable regarding our problem and the new equipment we ordered. Very thorough in the installation and explanations of how everything worked. Gets our vote for employee of the month.

12/14/2023 – Tyler A. did a fabulous job! Quick service, came out same day for a garage opener repair. Installed a LiftMaster unit and Tyler took the time to go over the units features and stayed until all our questions were answered. Tyler A. thank you for your exceptional service!!!

12/13/2023 – Tyler A. was the very best professional I could ask for. Considering the timing of having my garage door breakdown at this time of the year I wasn’t exactly excited about having to make repairs. He got the job done efficiently and surprisingly fast. Way to go!

9/20/2023 – Precision and its technician Tyler provided excellent, timely repair services after our garage door torsion spring broke. Tyler was knowledgeable, professional, and completed the repairs quickly. I hope we won’t need service for many years, but when we do, we’ll be calling Precision Garage Door of Akron again!
