We had Tyler A. stop by and help us out with our garage. Our spring snapped clean and he was nothing but polite and easy to work with the entire time. Even showed our dog attention, which made her extremely happy! Great service, thorough explanation of everything we needed. Huge shoutout to Tyler!

Called Precision the morning it was bitter cold. The manager of the location scheduled me in right away when my motor burned out and we did not have access to our garage. I went out to go to work this morning only to find that the spring on my garage door had broken. Too heavy of a door to lift myself so I got on line looking for a repair service in my area that could come out the same day. Precision Garage Door of Akron had same day service available. Perfect. I went to their web site and booked the appointment on line. Booking on line was extremely easy. It listed days and times available. I chose the time, filled in all the pertinent information, and was done. I received an e mail almost immediately confirming my appointment. About 25 minutes before the time frame I was given I received a text message with a picture of the man, Garreth, that would be coming to my house. A few minutes later I got a phone call from that person, telling me he would be here in about 20 minutes. They hit the very beginning of the 2 hour time window I was given exactly on the dot. The service man, named Garreth, was neatly dressed and very professional. He looked over my situation, and presented me several options. He explained what each option contained, but didn't push or pressure me in any way. I ended up going with the least expensive option which involved changing the single broken spring and installing a new spring, and as it is a double wide door, he suggested installing an additional spring to ease the burden on the garage door opener. He did the job a lot faster than what I had thought it would take. The garage door works a LOT more smoothly, and much quieter than before. I am extremely happy and satisfied with the results of the service I received from Garreth, and Precision Garage Door of Akron, and I would and will recommend them to anyone I come in contact with that needs work done on their garage door. Top Notch all the way !!!

We called on Monday and our service tech was out the next day. We needed another spring for our door. Our tech Garreth, talked to me about going to need bearings and rollers too. We decided on getting another garage door. Garrett spent time with me on the doors and gave me his opinion which I appreciated. Wonderful tech and I would recommend him. Never tried to sell me on anything but what we called him for (spring). That makes a big difference! Thank you Garreth!

My experience with Precision Door was exceptional. I called on a Saturday morning and within a couple of hours Shaun S came out to fix my door. Shaun was very descriptive of the issue and gave me options on the best route. He really took his time to explain why my door was broken. The total time spent on fixing my door was within an hour. This is definitely my go to if anything else goes wrong. There is also a warranty so I have comfort in that as well. Highly Recommend.

We had two remotes and a door entry that quit working. Shawn was able to identify and resolve the issues. He also discussed a few pointers/services we'll need to consider moving forward. Precision worked around our schedule, Shawn was prompt, professional, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This is the third time we've needed their services and have never been disappointed. Tyler A. did a great job for me on Nov. 27. He did an assessment and answered questions. I had to replace my 24 year old Genie with a new model, 3120. Two remotes, an indoor keypad and an outdoor keypad were included. He was gracious enough to re-program my old remotes to the new door. After completing the work, he cleaned up the garage and walked me through everything. I was thankful for the company's 24/7 business hours. I was able to call Precision at 10:00 p.m., the night my old opener stopped working, and was able to get an appointment the next morning, the day before Thanksgiving.

Shawn the technician showed up in the notified window with me receiving a text with about a 20 minute notification. Reviewed by problem explained what it was and answered my questions. I was given options for my new opener in detail. Once I picked one in five minutes. I signed the work order and work began. Shawn finished in the timeframe he laid out for me which was 90 minutes. Cleaned up the mess completely. We tested the new opener. I paid and was done. Shawn was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. I'll use Precision again for sure.

Came out on time and was very accommodating. The representative Tyler A was very friendly and accommodating, was done earlier than estimated and took the time to make sure everything was in order before departure. Was helpful with the application and helped set up everything on the phone. Tested everything and made sure I didn't have any questions. Would gladly call them and have him specifically come out to do any other work needed. Great experience all the way through.

Our spring broke on our garage door on a recently purchased home. Called at 7:20am, Austin Zink, our technician arrived at 8:10am. He was very polite and helpful in showing us the parts that needed replaced and explaining that our door should have two compression springs. After approving the work, he finished the job a little after 9am. Thank you for the quick response and service to get our garage door working again!
