Garreth was awesome. He arrived right on time and quickly got to work. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job explaining my different options for a new garage door opener. He got me a quote fast for different options and once I picked the opener I wanted, he installed it. Installation was fast and Garreth made sure to explain all the features of the new opener before leaving. Amazing service and installation quality. I was very satisfied with the speedy, same day service involving changing all the rollers, replacing the rubber extension attached to the bottom of the door, and lubricating all the hinges and moving parts to address an increasingly loud, creaking door. Tim C did an excellent job explaining the maintenance needed to keep the door performing at the highest level. This formerly noisy door is quiet again. I will certainly use Precision Garage Door in the future. Totally recommend!

Speedy, speedy , speedy put the call in at 8am and before 1:00pm our door was fixed. The technician was Tyler A. Curious, polite, and thorough in service provided. Busted spring was reason for call He replaced both springs and end bearings on the 20 year old door. It s working like a champ. Great job Tyler!!! And great service all around by Precision Garage Door.

Very smooth transaction from start to finish. We have an oversized door and was looking for a company that could accomadate this. From the first person that came to write the estimate to the communication on the special order, scheduling the installation and finishing the job, everyone was professinal and efficient. Matthew Brown and Steve did an excellent job in getting the door installed, the new genie opener installed, cleaned everything up and were done in just a few hours. I highly recommend this company. Tyler was very polite and friendly. He gave us two options for a garage door opener repair and clearly explained the difference. We chose the Genie 4124. He worked very efficiently and then explained everything until we understood all the features and even helped us with the programming. I would highly recommend this company!

Was able to schedule the appointment for the same day, my day was set for a Sunday between 4pm-6pm. There was no extra charge either. Tim text me his pic and said he was on his way. He arrived at 4pm. He gave us two quotes and he did what was needed to repair the garage door. He was professional and answered all our questions . Precision will be my first call when I need garage door service. Thank you

Same day call and replacement of garage door motor, key pad, etc by Garrett. Replacement options explained, any discounts eligible for were given--repair took about an hour. Have used Precision in the past for repairs and service and will continue to call them as needed in the future.

Austin from Precision Door Service came in less than an hour after we requested service to our garage door. Our spring was broken and many of the parts were 20 years old. He replaced everything except the door in about 2 hours, including a new opener. He was very professional and friendly. I believe we paid a very fair price and are quite happy with the job that he did. I would definitely recommend Austin and Precision Door Service to anyone.

I made an online appointment on Sunday evening for Monday from 4:00 to 6:00. The technician arrived early and started working right away. He was very informative. Garreth came out to look at an issue for us today. He was prompt, courteous and professional and answered all of my questions and exhibited a wealth of knowledge on the matter. Also, my repair was out of scope because of the outdated equipment I had on-site and Garreth clearly explained the issue and offered multiple solutions without pressuring me at all.
