We originally called another company whom we had for service in the past, but no one returned our calls. So we called Precision. Our call was answered promptly, and within two hours, a service tech arrived at our home. Tyler Adkins was knowledgeable, personable, very competent; and explained what was needed to repair our door, and why. He completed the repairs in less than an hour. We are very pleased with Precision, and with Tyler. We highly recommend Precision.

Garreth was awesome. He arrived right on time and quickly got to work. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job explaining my different options for a new garage door opener. He got me a quote fast for different options and once I picked the opener I wanted, he installed it. I was very satisfied with the speedy, same day service involving changing all the rollers, replacing the rubber extension attached to the bottom of the door, and lubricating all the hinges and moving parts to address an increasingly loud, creaking door. Tim C did an excellent job explaining the maintenance needed to keep the door performing at the highest level. This formerly noisy door is quiet again. I will certainly use Precision Garage Door in the future. Totally recommend!

Speedy, speedy , speedy put the call in at 8am and before 1:00pm our door was fixed. The technician was Tyler A. Curious, polite, and thorough in service provided. Busted spring was reason for call He replaced both springs and end bearings on the 20 year old door. It s working like a champ. Great job Tyler!!! Was able to schedule the appointment for the same day, my day was set for a Sunday between 4pm-6pm. There was no extra charge either. Tim text me his pic and said he was on his way. He arrived at 4pm. He gave us two quotes and he did what was needed to repair the garage door. He was professional and answered all our questions .
