I needed service for my garage door which wasn't going down properly. Maxwell was on time, friendly, and professional. He quickly discovered the problem, corrected it and changed the light bulbs. It was a loose wire that was the issue. When I'm ready to replace the door, I will be calling Precision.

Michael was so customer centered. Late on a Friday he put a plan in place and executed it flawlessly. He was so focused and left no sign he was there with the exception of our new garage door opener which operated flawlessly. We had a new door installed ten years earlier after storm damage and they still recognized us. Truly a quality company.
