Our repair man, Mathew Brown, gave us a photo and message 25 minutes prior to his arrival. He arrived on time and completed the door replacement in the estimated 2.5 hours. The door matched our HOA standard design specifications perfectly. The job was cleaned up nicely. The service man went over all required maintenance prior to his departure. Nice job!

We had a spring break and the arm from the garage door opener broke loose from it's attachment to the wall (the closed center bracket). I called at 5:30 AM and was promised a technician would be here between 8 and 10 AM and would call prior to arrival. Tyler A. called around 7:40 AM and arrived just before 8. He inspected the garage door issues and made his recommendations for needed repairs. With our approval he repaired the garage door, cleaned up the area and was done before 9:30. I think the price was fair and he did not deviate from his estimate.

I located this company via a google search for nearby garage door repair companies. I noticed a favorable rating history, so I took a chance. I wasn't overly impressed by my initial phone call as it was answered by a computer and transferred me around while I tried to remember which buttons it was telling me to press for the service I sought. However, I eventually spoke with a pleasant woman who scheduled an appointment for the same day. My technician Tyler called prior to arriving and was very knowledgable and pleasant to speak with. He examined my problem and offered several options after explaining what he saw. It was obvious he knew exactly what he was talking about and was an expert at his craft. I chose the best option for me and my situation and before I knew it, Tyler was working on the door as his mobile unit housed all of the items needed for the repairs. We talked throughout the repair and he never missed a step. After about 45 minutes, I excused myself and returned about 5-10 mins later and much to my surprise, Tyler had finished the job! *BTW, it is worth mentioning that this was a Friday afternoon and when Tyler finished, it was about 5:00 PM and he had another appointment to get to, but never hurried any handling of his job or explanation to me at all. Tyler was a true professional and truly refreshing in this day and age.

Came out the same morning we called for malfunctioning door. Tim C. gave us the news and quote for broken spring. He started work right away and fixed the problem, then made sure we accessed the door from inside and outside, remote, etc.. Cleaned area and asked if everything was satisfactory. It certainly was.

Tim called and advised me as to when he would arrive and was right on time. That was the first thing that impressed me about Precision. We needed new garage door springs after our original 17-year-old ones snapped around noon on a Thursday. With a couple of hours that same day, courteous Austin arrived and did a professional assessment, and once we accepted that estimate, completed the replacement in under the estimated time. By 4 PM, everything was fixed, all old parts removed from the premises, existing system tested and lubed, and Austin was gone. I can't imagine it going any more quickly and smoothly that that.

The technician that came to fix my garage door Tim Consentino was very professional, polite, and courteous. He explained everything that he would be doing and also quoted 3 different options. He explained everything that he had done once he was finished. He also let me know about any other problems that could arise with the door and how to watch out for any issues that could possibly come up. I enjoyed conversing with him, he's very approachable and professional and there should be more like him around, he makes for a happy day.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Precision Door. Our garage door springs cracked and it was Sunday morning. I called for service and within 2 hour our technician Tyler Adkins was arrived and went to work inspecting the door. He gave us 3 options for repairs and we choose the premium option which basically was a total rebuild or our doors hardware. Jack Graves was probably the most congenial and knowledgeable person they could've sent to my house He was thorough, conscientious, cleaned up after himself, and was engaging in in conversation the whole time Very polite, very respectful, and very good at his job. I lost the springs on my overhead door in the middle of the night on Saturday night. He was here 8 AM Sunday morning and did the entire repair. He was very organized.
