Tim called and advised me as to when he would arrive and was right on time. That was the first thing that impressed me about Precision. I explained to him what the problem was with the door and he went right to work, checking out everything on the door. He reviewed with me what was causing the problem and also other issues the door had and would need attention down the rood. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the door. I was very happy with the work and the great customer service!

Seems like most catastrophic home failures occur on Sundays. I feel very fortunate to have contacted a company that provides emergency service 7 days a week. Even more fortunate was that our repairman was Austin Zink. He was kind, informative, prompt and professional. He was also knowledgeable and respectful of our budget. We needed new garage door springs after our original 17-year-old ones snapped around noon on a Thursday. With a couple of hours that same day, courteous Austin arrived and did a professional assessment, and once we accepted that estimate, completed the replacement in under the estimated time. By 4 PM, everything was fixed, all old parts removed from the premises, existing system tested and lubed, and Austin was gone. I can't imagine it going any more quickly and smoothly that that.

The technician that came to fix my garage door Tim Consentino was very professional, polite, and courteous. He explained everything that he would be doing and also quoted 3 different options. He explained everything that he had done once he was finished. He also let me know about any other problems that could arise with the door and how to watch out for any issues that could possibly come up. I enjoyed conversing with him, he's very approachable and professional and there should be more like him around, he makes for a happy day.

We are very pleased with the services provided by Precision Door. Our garage door springs cracked and it was Sunday morning. I called for service and within 2 hour our technician Tyler Adkins was arrived and went to work inspecting the door. He gave us 3 options for repairs and we choose the premium option which basically was a total rebuild or our doors hardware. Tyler was very thorough and accomplished the repair in a little over an hour. He was polite and answered all of my questions. Great company to deal with.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Precision Door. The springs on our door broke and within 2 hours of me calling our technician Tyler Adkins arrived. He thoroughly inspected my door and came up with 3 different repair types. We chose the premium service since we had not had a service call in years. Tyler went right to work and a little over an hour he was done, cleaned up and was ready to leave. He was very polite and answered all of my questions.

We had a garage door emergency on a Saturday morning ! Our garage door was locked in the open position and we needed help! We called Precision Door and spoke with a kind lady who set up an appointment for us between 12p - 2p !! Our technician Tim C. called us and said he was in his way. When Tim arrived he greeted us with a smile and was so easy to talk with. He assessed the situation and explained in detail, the problem with the door. Jack Graves was probably the most congenial and knowledgeable person they could've sent to my house He was thorough, conscientious, cleaned up after himself, and was engaging in in conversation the whole time Very polite, very respectful, and very good at his job. I lost the springs on my overhead door in the middle of the night on Saturday night. He was here 8 AM Sunday morning and did the entire repair. He was very organized.

We had a problem with our garage door not working properly. Our service technician came out and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in no time at all. Also lubricated rails and changed lights to a lower wattage. Problem was open and close sensors needed adjusted. Also explained that high wattage of light bulbs cause problems with our particular brand of opener. Nice guy and fair price. Will continue using this door company
