replaced garage door springs and new assortment of arts that needed replacing. very knowledgeable and friendly service technician (Tyler Adkins) . was in and out at a very efficient time. door now operating properly.cost a little more than I expected. but I am sure it's a reflexction of today's inflationart prices. other than that very happy.

Garrett came out on a Sunday to service my Precision door and made the diagnosis of a broken spring mechanism in about 10 seconds. This issue had essentially locked up our garage. The workman was knowledgeable, efficient, and offered me the choice of several service levels and parts. He was done with repairs in an hour and the door works better than new. Very pleased and highly recommend.

The technician Jack Graves provided exceptional customer service. He was personable and knowledgeable, explained in easy details what was wrong with my garage door and what was needed to correct. Very quick response to an older style enclosed broken spring. Steven was very pleasant, enjoyable, and helpful in letting us know what went wrong, what they suggested and why. Price was affordable and he was able to get out to my house, do an inspection, quote, and had everything finished up in under 3 hours from the time I called.

Michael did an awesome job in replacing our garage door spring that broke and he informed me that two-car garages should have 2 springs instead of one for safety reasons. He installed the 2 springs, the roller bearings and lubricated all the parts in less than 30 minutes. Will use them again!!!!
