Labor Day morning the spring on our garage door snapped and our car was trapped inside! I called and spoke with Lynn (who was super nice and helpful) she sent Michael out to fix it. Michael was helpful and was able to fix the spring along with other issues on our builder grade door. Thanks to their help we were able to get the door open and the day wasnt totally ruined!! Would highly recommend

Very pleased with this company. In 2018 installed a new Precision opener and today resolved a problem with the door not going down all the way. Very happy with tech guys, office and communications. Best Door company so far and I have used three of them todate.
Thank you Mr. Sahley for the great 5 star review for Precision Garage Door and our service techs! We appreciate the kind words for our office staff too and look forward to serving you in the future should you have need for garage door work.
