Broken spring led to opener breakage. Called on Friday night and set up a 10:00 appointment for Saturday morning. Tech arrived promptly, showed me what needed to be repaired and gave me a total cost. Repair was done quickly and tech made sure everything worked properly with me. All cleaned up, spots wiped away. Could not be happier with the service. Would certainly use Precision again if the need arises!

He did an exceptional job finding the problem and fixing it immediately. He was very friendly, thorough, and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with him. This was the second time I've used Precision Door, and the technician, Tyler, was just as fast, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly as the first technician that came out a few yrs ago. Tyler pinpointed the issue w/in 5 mins, had the needed part on hand, and the problem was fixed w/in 20mins. He even adjusted the door a bit to ease the stress on the door opener. And all the while giving me advice on possible future problems due to my door's age and design. Could not recommend this company highly enough!
