I had a broken spring on my door, and Precision Door had a repair man at my house in less than an hour. Garreth was courteous and explained what the repair would be. He worked efficiently and had my broken spring replaced promptly. I would definitely use Precision Door again.

Allowed me to place a service call on a door they KNEW they wouldnt service. THEY replaced the springs, pulleys, cables several years ago. They arrive and inform me that they no longer service expansion spring doors. Again, they unquestionably knew what I had prior to arrival. They had the records from prior service. Why wouldnt they tell me that when I scheduled?. Just to get a service call fee. Thats unethical.

Garreth Rogers from Precision Door was very professional and helpful! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door not opening as a burned out motor. He was helpful in answering all my questions and offered several tiers for products to choose for replacement. The door was fixed quickly and he even checked the other doors on our outbuilding to make sure they were working properly. We have used this company in the past and continue to be pleased with it!
