Very disappointed. I was told by the service representative that the technician would be able to determine if the springs were under warranty. He had no clue since he had no paperwork. I said couldn’t you just ask your home office, they should have it. He said no, they changed ownership two years ago and the previous owner took all of the paperwork with him. The springs are only four years old.

This was the second time that I have had precision garage door service do work for me. Both times have been very positive and I am pleased with the results.Mark is a great guy and technician, I will definitely recommend this company to friends and family.
