I contacted Precision Door this morning needing a replacement garage door in a short period of time as they represented themselves online as having inventory and providing great service. Their representative was able to meet with me a couple hours later and kept me informed as to his arrival time. I was interested in working with a local company and I am very pleased with my experience thus far. The representative was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions thoroughly and offered options to complete the job. I had technician Mark St. Clair. He was very helpful. He explained why the door wouldn't open with the garage door opener. He also found another issued. He showed me why i had both issues. He showed me what the repair would cost and how it was determined. He repaired this issue and answered my questions. He told me why my outside pas didn't work. It was a dead battery. Appoint was made for Sta 2-4 pm Mark called and texted giving us a ETA Reviewed what he was going to do when he got here and showed me a written estimate on his tablet gave us some option of what was needed plus prevent future issues with existing worn parts, Bearings, cables and rollers We chose to do the complete overhaul and the Price was reasonable. The work was completed in less than an hour took the old parts and disposed them. I would recommend Precision Garage for repairs.

coil broke, could not open door myself, car stuck in garage. Precision responded within hours of my call on a Saturday. They inspected the door, explained what was needed, answered my questions, and provided an estimate. We agreed on price and they had parts installed and door working in about an hour's time. My only complaint is the prices were quite high, but they had me over a barrel because I needed access to my car asap. So I got no second estimate from any other repair shop. Parts included rollers, cable, drums, springs, bearing plates. Total was $1600.
