I have used this company before and have always been satisfied with their products and services. Today was no exception. Michael (the technician) spent about 5 hours replacing the mechanisms for my garage door. My garage is not a normal garage. It is made completely of stones and is nearly 100 years old. It has always been a “challenge” for any kind of work on it. The technician was friendly and worked continuously to fix the issues and to explain how to deal with the new equipment.

I had problems with my garage door opener and called to make an appointment. A tech (Mark St. Clair) was at the house in less than an hour. He went through everything and gave me options to consider. He had the work done in just over an hour.

Technician Garrett Rogers was at my door three hours after I called requesting assistance.
