Called in the AM and appointment made for the same day!!! Shawn Sweitzer is the best technician. listened to my many questions and concerns. Explained all steps that he was doing and I felt that I was treated with respect. Will need to replace the opener soon and I will only use this company. Service charges were fair and reasonable. Would recommend this company for anyone needing services.

Technician Garrett Rogers was at my door three hours after I called requesting assistance. He identified why my garage door would not open, gave me three options for repairs and completed some major repairs within one hour. He answered all my questions and shared some maintenance tips. Shaun Sweitzer was very friendly and knowledgeable. He investigated and thoroughly explained why I was having those problems. He answered all my questions and repeatedly ask if I had any further questions. He found the same style door so I wouldn't have to contact the HOA for approval. He explained all the replacement options available and helped me choose a replacement.

Great experience! Derek showed up to do my full garage door replacement. First class treatment and explained everything to me. Refuse to use any other company for my garage door. 3rd house that has been done. Derek is a prime example of why I use them.
