My brother recommended this company to me. Shawn and his associate arrived on time and gave me a detailed explanation as to the condition of this garage door and motor that was originally installed in the 90's. Other than the door itself everything else on its last legs and no replacement parts for this unit were available. They gave me several options and I opted for the one with the lifetime warranty. I thought the price was very reasonable and installation and clean up was done in a couple of hours. I would recommend Precision for any of these types of services.

Without pressuring, Mark explained options for replacement should we need such in future for our aging garage door opener. Mark was professional and pleasant. I had technician Mark St. Clair. He was very helpful. He explained why the door wouldn't open with the garage door opener. He also found another issued. He showed me why i had both issues. He showed me what the repair would cost and how it was determined. He repaired this issue and answered my questions. He told me why my outside pas didn't work. It was a dead battery. He showed me how to change it. He was very helpful and courteous.
