Prompt, effective, efficient, and friendly. Our garage door spring and lift system needed attention; replaced with a Torquemaster conversion and new Liftmaster. Our technician, Jack, was friendly, presented us options, thorough in explanation without being verbose, and diligent in his work. Work was completed in a timely manner and instructional use given. Of course, our garage spring breaks late on a Saturday afternoon in January. I was expecting service on Monday/Tuesday, but Precision came out 8am on Sunday morning.
