I contacted Precision Door this morning needing a replacement garage door in a short period of time as they represented themselves online as having inventory and providing great service. Their representative was able to meet with me a couple hours later and kept me informed as to his arrival time. I was interested in working with a local company and I am very pleased with my experience thus far. The representative was a pleasure to work with and answered all my questions thoroughly and offered options to complete the job. My new door is scheduled to be installed in 2 days and they have exceeded my expectations.

Austin came out to fix why our door wouldn’t open all the way. He worked on it for a bit and explained what the issue was very clearly. (Hadn’t remembered that we are supposed to lubricate the hinges!). He arrived in a timely manner and was very courteous and friendly. Highly recommend!

We recently used Michael from Precision Garage Door of Akron for the second time, and once again, he exceeded our expectations. Michael is knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and always arrives on time. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was completed correctly. It's hard to find service providers who consistently deliver such excellent customer service, and Michael does exactly that. We couldn't be happier with the work he performed and highly recommend both Michael and Precision Garage Door Service to anyone in need of garage door repairs or maintenance.

coil broke, could not open door myself, car stuck in garage. Precision responded within hours of my call on a Saturday. They inspected the door, explained what was needed, answered my questions, and provided an estimate. We agreed on price and they had parts installed and door working in about an hour's time. My only complaint is the prices were quite high, but they had me over a barrel because I needed access to my car asap. So I got no second estimate from any other repair shop. Parts included rollers, cable, drums, springs, bearing plates. Total was $1600.
