I was very Impressed with Kyle and the work he did. He explained everything in detail and in terms I can understand. He showed up 2 hours after I called to make appointment. He provided me 3 options to choose from. He finished installation in less than 2 hours. He reviewed with me how to use and the warranty. He was extremely polite and professional.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Precision Door. The springs on our door broke and within 2 hours of me calling our technician Tyler Adkins arrived. He thoroughly inspected my door and came up with 3 different repair types. We chose the premium service since we had not had a service call in years. Tyler went right to work and a little over an hour he was done, cleaned up and was ready to leave. He was very polite and answered all of my questions.

Garreth ,technician of Precision Door Service excellent customer service On time , through, explained problems and spoke with my home warranty person so they knew exactly what would be repaired/replaced. Offered options and got the door opener replaced in a timely manor and even cleaned up after himself. Very professional !!

I can't say enough about my experience! This is the second time I have experienced 100% satisfaction. For me that's is golden. My last experience this past week was with Tim Cosentino he arrived exactly as expected was professional and a wealth of knowledge. He answered every question I had and adjusted the vist as needed. Yesterday, my almost 20-year-old garage door opener gave up the ghost. Garreth was there from Precision Garage Door of Akron in about two hours. When we realized the old opener was real and truly dead, we decided on a new LiftMaster Model 878 Max opener. Garreth was both pleasant and efficient as he installed and programmed it and gave me a primer on how to use it. All in all, excellent service!

Garreth Rogers was a great technician, helped us through the whole process of replacing our old garage door opener and did a wonderful job installing the new one, quickly and efficiently. Spring and cable broke. Contacted them at 9:20, had Garreth on the way by 10am, and he was awesome! Couldn't have asked for a better tech to show up. Extremely nice and professional. Worked up multiple options for the repair and was very thorough. Explained everything and was done around an hour. Excellent experience! Definitely using them again.
