Shaun S. installed a new Genie garage door opener. We are very pleased with how quit it is. Shaun was very helpful in helping us choose the opener that was best for our needs. I was very Impressed with Kyle and the work he did. He explained everything in detail and in terms I can understand. He showed up 2 hours after I called to make appointment. He provided me 3 options to choose from. He finished installation in less than 2 hours. He reviewed with me how to use and the warranty. He was extremely polite and professional.

I am very pleased with the work performed by Precision Door. The springs on our door broke and within 2 hours of me calling our technician Tyler Adkins arrived. He thoroughly inspected my door and came up with 3 different repair types. We chose the premium service since we had not had a service call in years. Tyler went right to work and a little over an hour he was done, cleaned up and was ready to leave. He was very polite and answered all of my questions.

Garreth was very professional and did a great job adding two new wi-fi garage door openers and tracks. He even stopped back later in the day to add a new wireless remote inside our house. Highly recommend Precision Door.

Garreth ,technician of Precision Door Service excellent customer service On time , through, explained problems and spoke with my home warranty person so they knew exactly what would be repaired/replaced. Offered options and got the door opener replaced in a timely manor and even cleaned up after himself. Very professional !!
