I made an appointment online and in less than 24 hours my garage door is back in action. What I thought was a simple fix turned out to be a complete replacement of springs and cable. My technician Mike was prepared with the needed tools and equipment and was efficient. He was also prepared with people skills and I commend him for his patience with me.

We were told on the phone there was no charge to get an estimate but if we decided to have them do the work there would be a $75 service fee added, so we decided to have them come give an estimate before we made a hiring decision. Their price was significantly higher than we were quoted over the phone by another company and when I told them that, I was then told I needed to pay the $75. They didn’t offer to match the other companies quote they just wanted the $75 for not hiring them. I was told they went back and listened to the call and they said I was told there was a $75 fee if they do NO work. The person who was here was a general manager who said he called a manager and that person listened to the call. Really disappointing. They were willing to waive the $75 only if I paid the $724 we were quoted to replace the garage door spring.

Tim was excellent. He came over on a Sunday and fixed out door hinges even though we called about the keypad not working. Which didnt work because the batteries were dead cuz were too stupid to check that first. But he was very professional and didnt make me feel stupid about it lol.
