I made an appointment online and in less than 24 hours my garage door is back in action. What I thought was a simple fix turned out to be a complete replacement of springs and cable. Michael explained what was wrong with the door and opener. I went with a total replacement. There was no high pressure sales. Precision put my old opener in back in the 90`s. I know that they know what they are doing.

Appoint was made for Sta 2-4 pm Mark called and texted giving us a ETA Reviewed what he was going to do when he got here and showed me a written estimate on his tablet gave us some option of what was needed plus prevent future issues with existing worn parts, Bearings, cables and rollers We chose to do the complete overhaul and the Price was reasonable. The work was completed in less than an hour took the old parts and disposed them. I would recommend Precision Garage for repairs.

Based on other reviews and BBB rating, we requested a quote for a new garage door. Precision door was very quick in responding and scheduling the estimate appointment. The technician, Michael Reitenbach was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. We really appreciated the time spent with us explaining all of the different options. We have not made a decision yet about purchasing our door from Precision. But if we do, I would definitely trust their company.

We were told on the phone there was no charge to get an estimate but if we decided to have them do the work there would be a $75 service fee added, so we decided to have them come give an estimate before we made a hiring decision. Their price was significantly higher than we were quoted over the phone by another company and when I told them that, I was then told I needed to pay the $75. They didn’t offer to match the other companies quote they just wanted the $75 for not hiring them. I was told they went back and listened to the call and they said I was told there was a $75 fee if they do NO work. The person who was here was a general manager who said he called a manager and that person listened to the call. Really disappointing. They were willing to waive the $75 only if I paid the $724 we were quoted to replace the garage door spring.

Very disappointed. I was told by the service representative that the technician would be able to determine if the springs were under warranty. He had no clue since he had no paperwork. I said couldn’t you just ask your home office, they should have it. He said no, they changed ownership two years ago and the previous owner took all of the paperwork with him. The springs are only four years old.

Allowed me to place a service call on a door they KNEW they wouldnt service. THEY replaced the springs, pulleys, cables several years ago. They arrive and inform me that they no longer service expansion spring doors. Again, they unquestionably knew what I had prior to arrival. They had the records from prior service. Why wouldnt they tell me that when I scheduled?. Just to get a service call fee. Thats unethical.
