Maxwell, the technician arrived on time, listened to my concerns about the doir, assessed the operation of the door and made a recommendation to replace and lubricate the rollers. He didn't have an answer to the issue of water dripping from the bottom of the door but said he would talk to some filks back at the shop to see if it was an issue anyone else had experienced. Overall was very pleased with Maxwell!!

After getting it working, they discovered a couple metal brackets on my garage door were broken, which if left unattended would have resulted in a more extensive repair & downtime. My garage door opener had a loose wire and stopped working. I called Precision and they had a tech here the next morning right at 8 am, so my day wasnt interrupted. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a few minutes. He also re-programmed the keypad quickly. I appreciated the photo I received of the tech to increase my safety.

Wow! My garage door wouldnt open. I called at 8 AM and they were there at 9: 55 AM. I had a broken spring, but really everything needed to be replaced I could see the rusty parts.
