Max Adamczyk arrived at my house at 10:00am looked at the aged unit and found it needed replaced.Max had everything he needed in his van and replaced the old unit with an Genie Unit the affordable unit with quality and Max explained the difference between getting one low cost unit from an home improvement store to the Genie Unit. He was very professional and I was impressed by the work he did installing the new garage unit.

We had Tyler A come out to replace the bottom seal. While he was here, he also did an inspection. He said everything looks good and that no major work needed done. I appreciate his honesty, especially given that I was expecting something needing attention due to us not having it inspected in over 5 years. He was incredibly polite and friendly. Its easy to see why Precision Garage Door is the best in the biz.

Seems like most catastrophic home failures occur on Sundays. I feel very fortunate to have contacted a company that provides emergency service 7 days a week. Even more fortunate was that our repairman was Austin Zink. He was kind, informative, prompt and professional. He was also knowledgeable and respectful of our budget. Mike came this morning and found that one of our springs was broken.
