I had a broken spring on my door, and Precision Door had a repair man at my house in less than an hour. Garreth was courteous and explained what the repair would be. He worked efficiently and had my broken spring replaced promptly. I would definitely use Precision Door again.

Mike came to my home on time and was very polite. He explained why my 28 year old garage door was giving me problems and offered several solutions to fit my budget. Maxwell was outstanding, he was professional and personable. He understood why I was asking for the replacement of the weather strip because of a lot of water coming in when it rains. Then when he installed it he made sure it was the correct one and that the closer motor was adjusted to ensure a tight fit along the bottom rubber threshold. He also did the necessary maintenance lubrication of the door which resulted in the door closing in a smoother way and more quietly. Two days ago we had a very heavy rain and not one drop came inside! Thank you!

Austin came out because we were having intermittent garage door issues and he discovered that the torque was that as high as it could be on our chain driven opener so he replaced it within an hour and we couldnt have asked for a nicer guy to come out and do the work!!!
