Tim the technician was on time, very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He went over everything including the options before starting the repairs. Tim made all the repairs in a timely manner, then did a service check of the garage door to make sure it was operating properly. He finished with lubricating all the rollers, and hinges. Tim was a pleasure having here, and look forward to having him return should we need another service call.

We had a new door installed today and our installer was very personable, professional and efficient. We paid significantly less than what was quoted at a big box store and we got more options presented to us as part of our price and a much better warranty. We very highly recommend Precision for your overhead door needs!

We had Austin Z come out to our house to give us an estimate on our garage door. He was punctual and very professional. He shared his opinion when we asked for it and was very honest and helpful.
