Called for a repair. First quote the tech gave was $4800 for the entire setup-doors and all. When calling for a repair the first quote should not be for doors and everything else. It should be for the repair first. The repair was also overpriced. Very overpriced. Not happy at all about paying $75 for a service fee for the guy to come out here and blow smoke up my ass.

Was able to schedule the appointment for the same day, my day was set for a Sunday between 4pm-6pm. There was no extra charge either. Tim text me his pic and said he was on his way. He arrived at 4pm. He gave us two quotes and he did what was needed to repair the garage door. He was professional and answered all our questions . It took a few weeks for the special order door came in, but when it did, Austin came back out with Steve and they got the job done quickly and cleaned up after they were done.
