I had Tyler come out since my cables had come off the pulley and I wasn't able to use my garage door. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue. He gave me a few quotes for repair and replacement and explained each one. It took him about an hour from arriving to fixing the garage door. Overall I'm happy with the service provided. Michael Bowman showed up on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. Showed me what parts had aged / worn and more than likely led to the spring failure.
