I compared three companies. Precision was more expensive however the warranties and quality were much better. Garrett and Austin did a wonderful job on the install. Thank you for a great job.

Best experience. Tyler and Steve were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and kind. Every option was explained, all products top quality and appropriate for the situation. Team arrived early and competed job in afternoon. I am so pleased with the entire experience, from the scheduler I spoke with in the morning, to the job being completed the same day. Being treated fairly and the peace of mind resulting from a job well done is priceless. I cannot reccomend highly enough.

Communication before and after the call was very timely and thorough. Michael showed up on time and was very clear with what he was doing. He identified issues with the door surround (addressed this issue on my own), as well as issues with the opener and adjustments. Completed a complete assessment, lubrication, and adjustments. I’ve used Precision in the past and will continue to rely on them for future needs!
