I called on a Friday morning and Tyler arrived a short time later as promised. He quickly evaluated the broken garage door and presented us with 3 options. After we decided which option was best for us , he got to work and was able to complete the repair quickly. My garage door spring broke. I called as soon as I realized this, I called Precision Door. I was quickly connected to the local Akron division and had an appointment scheduled the next day. I got a text confirmation of my appointment right after hanging up the phone. The next day, I got a text from Tim as well as a call letting me know he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would, which was within the arrival time window quoted. Tim assessed the situation and informed me of what was needed and what it would cost. He completed the work, showed me what he did and confirmed everything was working correctly. He went over the paperwork with me (electronically) and had me sign and pay. I couldnt have had this experience go any better than it did. Great communication and setting expectations with great service snd execution.
