Tyler A. was out to replace our busted door spring and pointed out the years of wear on the rollers and bearings that contributed to the failure. He got us setup with all new gear and now the garage is the smoothest I've ever seen. Great work all around!

I called on a Friday morning and Tyler arrived a short time later as promised. He quickly evaluated the broken garage door and presented us with 3 options. After we decided which option was best for us , he got to work and was able to complete the repair quickly. He was super friendly and very professional and I would feel comfortable using Precision Door again in the future if needed.

Same day call and replacement of garage door motor, key pad, etc by Garrett. Replacement options explained, any discounts eligible for were given--repair took about an hour. Have used Precision in the past for repairs and service and will continue to call them as needed in the future.

Should have went here 1st time!! Prompt, curious, professional. There should be more people like Tyler A in the workplace- he was efficient, effective & not only fix things but explained what & why. Tylers demeanor and attitude made what seemed like a difficult day turn into manageable - overall very happy (although pricing seemed to sky rocket that wasnt his fault)

My garage door spring broke. I called as soon as I realized this, I called Precision Door. I was quickly connected to the local Akron division and had an appointment scheduled the next day. I got a text confirmation of my appointment right after hanging up the phone. The next day, I got a text from Tim as well as a call letting me know he was on his way. He arrived when he said he would, which was within the arrival time window quoted. Tim assessed the situation and informed me of what was needed and what it would cost. He completed the work, showed me what he did and confirmed everything was working correctly. He went over the paperwork with me (electronically) and had me sign and pay. I couldnt have had this experience go any better than it did. Great communication and setting expectations with great service snd execution.

Prompt, polite and professional. These folks rebuilt my garage door 17 1/2 years ago. The springs recently broke and they fully honored the lifetime warranty that I was given on the work. The technician, Garret, was super nice and efficient.
