My brother recommended this company to me. Shawn and his associate arrived on time and gave me a detailed explanation as to the condition of this garage door and motor that was originally installed in the 90's. Other than the door itself everything else on its last legs and no replacement parts for this unit were available. They gave me several options and I opted for the one with the lifetime warranty. I thought the price was very reasonable and installation and clean up was done in a couple of hours. I would recommend Precision for any of these types of services.

Had Precision Garage Door out again for a different issue this time with the springs. Mark St. Clair was fantastic. Quickly assessed the issue and gave me a number of different quotes/replacement spring options to select from. Explained all the differences. After installation went over everything with me in great detail. Would highly recommend.

Mark St. Clair was very informative and quickly assessed the problem and determined we needed a new door opener. He was very thorough and efficient. The only area of concern is that prices for the door opener and repair were significantly above internet prices. Also the fuel surcharge seems padded since gas prices haven't changed for 3 years and in fact are lower recently. Overall the service was efficient and the agent was very efficient
