I have used this company before and have always been satisfied with their products and services. Today was no exception. Michael (the technician) spent about 5 hours replacing the mechanisms for my garage door. My garage is not a normal garage. It is made completely of stones and is nearly 100 years old. It has always been a “challenge” for any kind of work on it. The technician was friendly and worked continuously to fix the issues and to explain how to deal with the new equipment.

Called in the AM and appointment made for the same day!!! Shawn Sweitzer is the best technician. listened to my many questions and concerns. Explained all steps that he was doing and I felt that I was treated with respect. Will need to replace the opener soon and I will only use this company. Service charges were fair and reasonable. Would recommend this company for anyone needing services.

I would highly recommend Precision Door. They came out when they said they would and did a fine job on my garage door and opener system in just under the time they said it would take. Shaun Sweitzer was very friendly and knowledgeable. He investigated and thoroughly explained why I was having those problems. He answered all my questions and repeatedly ask if I had any further questions. He found the same style door so I wouldn't have to contact the HOA for approval. He explained all the replacement options available and helped me choose a replacement.

I forgot to put my car in park by mistake. My car rolled into my sons garage. I called Precision and the customer service was kind and efficient. Shaun who was the Rep that looked at door was amazing, efficient, kind and extremely thorough.
