At the completion of every job, all Precision customers that provide contact information are sent a request to review our business on our website.
Very disappointed. I was told by the service representative that the technician would be able to determine if the springs were under warranty. He had no clue since he had no paperwork. I said couldn’t you just ask your home office, they should have it. He said no, they changed ownership two years ago and the previous owner took all of the paperwork with him. The springs are only four years old.
