Shaun Sweitzer came out , told me exactly what was wrong and fix my issue due to bad logic board . Garreth Rogers from Precision Door was very professional and helpful! He quickly diagnosed the problem with my garage door not opening as a burned out motor. He was helpful in answering all my questions and offered several tiers for products to choose for replacement. The door was fixed quickly and he even checked the other doors on our outbuilding to make sure they were working properly. We have used this company in the past and continue to be pleased with it!

If I could give no stars, I would. Im usually not one to complain, but I had a terrible experience with this company. Precision installed the garage system, so I called them when we had an issue with our door. The technician arrived without any intention of fixing the problem but rather trying to sell me a new system. He attempted to fix the issue and claimed he had never seen anything like it before. He then informed me that they no longer carried the same manufacturer, and everything would need to be replaced. I called a competitor, and they quickly identified that the belt was simply bound. They resolved the issue in just 15 minutes.

I had an excellent experience with Precision Garage Door. Woke up on a Saturday morning to find my garage door completely stuckwouldnt open or close. After trying (and failing) to troubleshoot it myself, I called Precision, and they sent a technician out the same day! Tyler arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue in minutes (a disconnected wire), and had everything fixed quickly. The repair was smooth, professional, and cost $190 for the service call. No upselling, no delaysjust honest, efficient work. If you need garage door repairs, I highly recommend Precision (and Tyler!). They turned a frustrating situation into a quick, hassle-free fix. Will definitely call them again if I ever need service!

Woke up to a broken tension spring, called precision at 7 am, by 830 Max was here, and it was completed by 10! replaced the spring, drums, rollers etc. Great customer experience, Max was knowledgeable and easy to work with

Our door came off the track and we could not lift it up. The only way to get i to our garage is through the actual door. Luckily it got stuck about a foot off the ground. I called on a Wednesday and that same day we got an appt. They actually were able to arrive early and called for permission to stop by. We received and e-mail and a text that showed a pic. Of our technician Tyler. Tyler was amazing and very thorough. He explained to my husband what our issues were and what options we had. He also told us that our door wasn't the correct size and if we needed any help later with sizing they would be glad to help. Payment was smooth and Tyler was able to fix our problem in less than an hour. I definitely recommend Precision and will be telling all the family if they need anything fixed to use them!
