I had technician Mark St. Clair. He was very helpful. He explained why the door wouldn't open with the garage door opener. He also found another issued. He showed me why i had both issues. He showed me what the repair would cost and how it was determined. He repaired this issue and answered my questions. He told me why my outside pas didn't work. It was a dead battery. He showed me how to change it. He was very helpful and courteous.

Shaun was very polite and professional. He showed me everything that was going on with my garage, and only fixed what needed to be repaired. He didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need. He did a great job repairing my garage, and he did it the same day as the quote! This is the only company I will use in the future, and I will ask for Shaun if there are any future problems.

I have used this company before and have always been satisfied with their products and services. Today was no exception. Michael (the technician) spent about 5 hours replacing the mechanisms for my garage door. My garage is not a normal garage. It is made completely of stones and is nearly 100 years old. It has always been a “challenge” for any kind of work on it. The technician was friendly and worked continuously to fix the issues and to explain how to deal with the new equipment.

We had a broken spring. Precision was able to come out the day I called but opted for the next day. The Tech, Jerry, arrived at out house early. He had all the repairs done in less than 2 hours. Jerry was very professional and preformed quality work. I would highly recommend.
