Shaun Sweitzer was very friendly and knowledgeable. He investigated and thoroughly explained why I was having those problems. He answered all my questions and repeatedly ask if I had any further questions. He found the same style door so I wouldn't have to contact the HOA for approval. He explained all the replacement options available and helped me choose a replacement.

Called this morning. Angela answered the phone and was very professional and arranged for a visit in a few hours. Garreth arrived, surveyed my situation. Gave me a choice of brow options to replace my garage door. Went through what the process would be. Was very thorough. Very impressed with Precision Door in this first encounter.

Broken spring led to opener breakage. Called on Friday night and set up a 10:00 appointment for Saturday morning. Tech arrived promptly, showed me what needed to be repaired and gave me a total cost. Repair was done quickly and tech made sure everything worked properly with me. All cleaned up, spots wiped away. Could not be happier with the service. Would certainly use Precision again if the need arises!

Great experience! Derek showed up to do my full garage door replacement. First class treatment and explained everything to me. Refuse to use any other company for my garage door. 3rd house that has been done. Derek is a prime example of why I use them.
