I have used this company before and have always been satisfied with their products and services. Today was no exception. Michael (the technician) spent about 5 hours replacing the mechanisms for my garage door. My garage is not a normal garage. It is made completely of stones and is nearly 100 years old. It has always been a “challenge” for any kind of work on it. The technician was friendly and worked continuously to fix the issues and to explain how to deal with the new equipment.

He identified why my garage door would not open, gave me three options for repairs and completed some major repairs within one hour. He answered all my questions and shared some maintenance tips. We had a broken spring. Precision was able to come out the day I called but opted for the next day. The Tech, Jerry, arrived at out house early. He had all the repairs done in less than 2 hours. Jerry was very professional and preformed quality work. I would highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Precision Door. They came out when they said they would and did a fine job on my garage door and opener system in just under the time they said it would take.
