Adam my technician was nice and professional to me but for whatever reason when he pushed my garage door opener this morning it worked fine. He was here for five minutes and to charge me 85 dollars for virtually no work is unprofessional to me. I paid it but maybe 20 dollars or something like that would have been nice. I did buy a 2000 dollar garage door off of your company last year.

Both these qualities are rare these days and I appreciate my service provider, Jake, who was timely and kept me abreast of what he was doing. I especially appreciate the time he took with me to get my garage door opener operating and hooked up to my cell phone. He took the time to make sure I would be able to appropriately use the opener with my cell phone. I do want to make sure that I give thanks to all the receptionist who I encountered. My garage door "broke" over the holiday weekend. I went on Precision's website and quickly and easily made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Tyler Adkins was here before 8:30 Tuesday morning and within an hour he replaced the broken pieces, rollers and all the necessary parts to get the door up and running smoothly. I could not be happier and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!
