I think that every person that I encountered is to be commended for their professionalism and courteous behavior. Both these qualities are rare these days and I appreciate my service provider, Jake, who was timely and kept me abreast of what he was doing. I especially appreciate the time he took with me to get my garage door opener operating and hooked up to my cell phone. He took the time to make sure I would be able to appropriately use the opener with my cell phone. I do want to make sure that I give thanks to all the receptionist who I encountered. Each one with whom I spoke helped to decrease my stress and made me feel as if my needs were a priority. Thank you all again and again.

Very pleasant experience. Had Mark St.Clair as our technician and he was great. He looked over my door and told me what needed to be done then gave me three options for the work needed done. Hope I never have to have work done again but if I do I'll call Precision and ask for Mark

Technician Shaun S. from Precision Garage Door did a fantastic job fixing our broken garage door, on a Sunday no less. He showed up promptly, got the broken garage door open so I could get my car out, and finished the repairs in an hour. My garage door "broke" over the holiday weekend. I went on Precision's website and quickly and easily made an appointment for the following Tuesday. Tyler Adkins was here before 8:30 Tuesday morning and within an hour he replaced the broken pieces, rollers and all the necessary parts to get the door up and running smoothly. I could not be happier and I would highly recommend these guys to anyone!

My technician was Shaun/ He arrived on time and quickly determined what the problem was. All four of my remotes died at the same time and they were only a little over a year old. He reset the code. He was very nice and positively would only want him to come back again!!!

Our garage door technician truly went above and beyond! The scheduling program had gone awry on the Saturday we were to scheduled to have a new door opener installed. Jack, our technician, called to apologize and offered to still come that day even though it would be considerably later than our requested noon-2:00 slot. We okayed the delayed start, and Jack went over as much as he could with us over the phone so he could begin the installation quickly once he arrived. He was finally able to begin our job just after 7:00, and he stayed to finish - with our permission - until 10:15! He was apologetic and kind and professional and very tired, but he was happy to go over our new Liftmaster Elite opener and answer any questions we had. We love the new opener with its brightly illuminating LED lighting, its quiet operation and built-in security camera. And one cannot really ask for a more dedicated service technician than Jack!

Our repair man, Mathew Brown, gave us a photo and message 25 minutes prior to his arrival. He arrived on time and completed the door replacement in the estimated 2.5 hours. The door matched our HOA standard design specifications perfectly. The job was cleaned up nicely. The service man went over all required maintenance prior to his departure. Nice job!

We had a spring break and the arm from the garage door opener broke loose from it's attachment to the wall (the closed center bracket). I called at 5:30 AM and was promised a technician would be here between 8 and 10 AM and would call prior to arrival. Tyler A. called around 7:40 AM and arrived just before 8. He inspected the garage door issues and made his recommendations for needed repairs. With our approval he repaired the garage door, cleaned up the area and was done before 9:30. I think the price was fair and he did not deviate from his estimate.
