Precision Door was a very positive experience. I'm an older woman and hate when I have to deal with unexpected problems that involve a major expense. My appointment was the day after I called. Tim Cosentino put me at ease very quickly. He explained my options thoroughly and put up with my many questions. Tim has a way of putting you at ease when you're close to being stressed. His installation work was impeccable. After a phone call to his boss, they came up with a remedy that reinforced my door. Everything now runs smoothly and quietly. I highly recommend Tim Cosentino and Precision Door.

We had a new door installed today and our installer was very personable, professional and efficient. We paid significantly less than what was quoted at a big box store and we got more options presented to us as part of our price and a much better warranty. Just when you wonder if anyone understands the concept of customer service, your faith in humanity is restored. My garage door didn't open all the way, unbeknownst to me, so when I backed out of the garage, the top of my Jeep hit the bottom of the door and bowed it out enough that I needed to get it replaced. Insert sad face emoji here.... Called Precision Door. They came out immediately, or I should say technician Steven Clark came out. What an outstanding service professional! He was extremely personable and easy to communicate with. He assessed the situation promptly. He even noticed that I was having a problem with my other garage door opener and took it upon himself to investigate and correct the situation, which was a wire that had come loose. Needless to say, I truly appreciated the effort - with a smile no less - since I was down to only one working door and I was stuck opening it manually until Steven showed up and helped me troubleshoot the situation. My garage door is ordered and will be installed this week or maybe next. But the best part of this whole deal was Steven, who was outstanding. What a great representative for his company! Hopefully I won't need to do business with Precision Door again any time soon, but if I do, I know who to call.

I needed a new spring for my garage door. They came out the next day and said they have to do a 25 point check of my door before replacing the spring. I was told they could not put a new spring on because of liability. He then wanted to give me a price on a new door. I told him no way the door is fine and only needs a new spring. He charged me $75. Beware. They do not want to do any repairs only sell you a new door. I called a local door company and they put the new springs on for a reasonable price. I will let everyone I know about my experience with Precision door company.

We had a semi emergency with our garage door not wanting to close and and so we called Precision and they were able to send a technician same day and gave a time frame and our Technician Jack Graves was wonderful. He was good with communicating when he would be there and was able to solve the issue and now our garage closes better and even better open/closes so quietly where beforehand would wake the whole neighborhood.

Labor Day morning the spring on our garage door snapped and our car was trapped inside! I called and spoke with Lynn (who was super nice and helpful) she sent Michael out to fix it. Michael was helpful and was able to fix the spring along with other issues on our builder grade door. Thanks to their help we were able to get the door open and the day wasnt totally ruined!! Would highly recommend

Our garage door needed replacing. My wife had used Precision before and trusted their work. Within a weeks time we had Tyler come out do measurements, quote and install a replacement door with all the structural components along with a new opener. Incredibly happy with their results. If you are looking for something that is going to last with a great service warranty go with none other than Precision. Also try and get Tyler as well. You wont be disappointed.

Tim was excellent. He came over on a Sunday and fixed out door hinges even though we called about the keypad not working. Which didnt work because the batteries were dead cuz were too stupid to check that first. But he was very professional and didnt make me feel stupid about it lol.
