They were able to send someone the day that I called about our garage door not working. Tyler was very courteous and efficient, and explained to me what needed replaced and what the cost would be. He was able to repair my door in about a hour. I am very satisfied with my experience.

Excellent, prompt, same day service provided by the technician. Tyler A. called on his way with an ETA, and was very polite and knowledgeable. Everything was explained in detail with pricing and Tyler had everything on his truck and made the repairs in a very neat and timely manner. Had new seal around the double garage door, new rubber seal on bottom of door and new springs installed. Called just for the seals but once they got here and started the work they found that the springs werent doing the job. They were actually 3 times to small and were not tightened properly. So therefore we needed new ones . This will help on less strain on the garage door opener and the beam that its attached to. Also will help with the weight of the door when the electric is out. Will make it easier to lift manually. He got the door to line up properly Michael B was a gem to work with. Very knowledgeable and willing to share the problems and fixes. Will definitely use them again if the need would arise

Michael Bowman did an amazing job. He quickly assessed the problem, discussed the issue and gave us repair/replacement options. He was friendly, fast, efficient, very informative and answered every question we had. Product installation was completed the same day as our service call appointment. Everything now works great and we are very satisfied with our Precision experience.

Great job by Tim. We have used Precision Door numerous times over the past 5 years. Great service and great products. Tim has taken care of garage doors and has always done an excellent job. Today he replaced the garage door molding. Took the old off and installed the new molding. Looks great as usual. Very happy with the job done. Precision door has always did a great job. Great staff, great service, and very professional. Do not hesitate to call them for your grage door needs.
