Tyler Adkins arrived promptly and had my garage door back on track and repaired within 30 minutes. He even allowed my dogs to give him the sniff test to make sure he was OK. Great guy and great service!

Im writing this survey only because I was asked by Precision Garage Door for my experience. I wasn't asked if I liked the bill. Precision Garage Door technician Maxwell Adamczyk was very professional and knowledgeable in the repair of or Chamberlain wall mount opener repair. The total price of the service call was hard to justify. I was informed when making the appointment that the $75.00 service fee would be waived, and we would be charged for the work performed. The $75.00 service fee magically was rewritten as a Safety Inspection Fee? Not sure what this Safety Inspection was other than the garage door went up and down safely? Each of the service fees were not explained until all the work was completed, and the total invoice was presented with the fees. Reprogram of the Chamberlain unit of $90.00 was somewhat expected. A 10-minute adjustment of the track was another $100.00 charge was over the top just to get the invoice to a nice round number. I get the fact that every company needs to cover overhead expenses, but like I said hard to justify with what was done from my perspective as an individual just getting a garage door to function.

My garage door opener had a loose wire and stopped working. I called Precision and they had a tech here the next morning right at 8 am, so my day wasnt interrupted. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a few minutes. He also re-programmed the keypad quickly. I appreciated the photo I received of the tech to increase my safety.

Wow! My garage door wouldnt open. I called at 8 AM and they were there at 9: 55 AM. I had a broken spring, but really everything needed to be replaced I could see the rusty parts. The entire job was done in less that an hour. I was shocked. Austin Z was really nice a very efficient. I am so happy. I get to go back to work and pick up papers I printed for my next meeting. You guys Rock!

Wow!!! Car was trapped in garage. Called Precision and was able to schedule a time that worked for my schedule. Tyler called and asked if he could come 15 min early!! He assessed the problem and checked our 2nd door also! So professional and nice!! Was done in 90 minutes!! Thank you! Thank you! I wont call anyone else from now on!!

Was able to schedule the appointment for the same day, my day was set for a Sunday between 4pm-6pm. There was no extra charge either. Tim text me his pic and said he was on his way. He arrived at 4pm. He gave us two quotes and he did what was needed to repair the garage door. He was professional and answered all our questions . Austin did a great job on helping get my broken garage door closed and secured during our initial meeting. It took a few weeks for the special order door came in, but when it did, Austin came back out with Steve and they got the job done quickly and cleaned up after they were done. Very happy with the the service from the two tech's and the people on the office. I would hire them again. Thank you!
