Shawn was great. Texted me when he was going to be arriving at my house for the inspection of the garage door. He then called with 29 minutes before his arrival. When he got here, he obviously knew what he was doing. He has experienced. Shawn Help me make the right choices for the garage door and the various attachments that would be needed. Worked out a contract quickly and explained it well. The price is good and hes able to take care of installing the garage door within two days. Pretty hard to beat that. The installation Brandon Machamer was done very professionally . I have put my own garage doors on in the past. They did a wonderful job. I learned where i had made mistakes. The replaced much more of the existing hardware then i thought they were going to . The door looks and works great. So here is the other factor. I called them late on friday, Saturday they came out and surveied the work needed. Gave me an estimate . And Tuesday installed a new door, tracks and torsion type springs. Also adjusted my existing opener to reflect the new doors needs . Pretty good.

My technician was Tyler who called to let me know that he would be a little early if that was okay, and it was. Tyler was professional, personable and considerate in his appearance and work. He made an assessment of the situation with my garage door and explained the three options I had and their prices so I could make an informed decision about how I would like to proceed. He worked quickly and efficiently to get the work done. He showed me how the door was working and all of the parts that had been replaced. I will gladly refer Tyler and Precision Door to anyone who would this type of work done. Thank you, Lmarr

Tyler A. did a great job for me on Nov. 27. He did an assessment and answered questions. I had to replace my 24 year old Genie with a new model, 3120. Two remotes, an indoor keypad and an outdoor keypad were included. He was gracious enough to re-program my old remotes to the new door. After completing the work, he cleaned up the garage and walked me through everything. I was thankful for the company's 24/7 business hours. I was able to call Precision at 10:00 p.m., the night my old opener stopped working, and was able to get an appointment the next morning, the day before Thanksgiving.

My garage door was acting up and not closing properly. Called Precision and a repairman came out the same day. Builders grade garage door. Main spring broke after 9 years. Repairman was very polite and knowledgeable. Replaced the spring the same day. Very happy with Precision.
