Labor Day morning the spring on our garage door snapped and our car was trapped inside! I called and spoke with Lynn (who was super nice and helpful) she sent Michael out to fix it. Michael was helpful and was able to fix the spring along with other issues on our builder grade door. Thanks to their help we were able to get the door open and the day wasnt totally ruined!! Would highly recommend

Yesterday, my almost 20-year-old garage door opener gave up the ghost. Garreth was there from Precision Garage Door of Akron in about two hours. When we realized the old opener was real and truly dead, we decided on a new LiftMaster Model 878 Max opener. Garreth was both pleasant and efficient as he installed and programmed it and gave me a primer on how to use it. All in all, excellent service!

We had a great experience with Precision Door. Our garage door broke and we had a technician come out the same day I called. Michael B. was professional and helpful. He answered all my questions (I had a lot) and we eventually decided to replace the door. Steve T. came out and installed it a few days later. He was quick and efficient. He got the old door down fast (it was falling off the track) and replaced everything in three hours. We appreciated the service and will be using them again if needed.

We had the Precision Garage Door Techs (Garreth & Jason) at our home early and on time this morning - I was impressed with their timeliness, their attitude and their desire to get right to work. I was having a new garage door opener installed (LiftMaster 87504), they looked over the garage door area and made an honest inspection for corrections that needed to be made to the system. It took them only about 2 hours to get the whole job completed. They took their time to show me all that they did and how to work the different aspects of the opener and the remotes. This particular opener has a couple of special items on it that I was truly looking for - Battery Backup, Motion Detection and Camera - great item's to have in this day & age. I almost had a hard time to believe how quiet the door and everything else was after opening & closing the door several times. If you are looking to have a new garage door installed, a new opener or just some parts replaced - don't by pass this company and their Tech's - they are outstanding and I believe well worth the cost. btw: they do offer a Military discount - that's something you don't see too much. Thanks so very much to Precision Garage Door and their Technicians.
