We called Precision this morning and their tech, Michael, came out this afternoon. We needed to replace all the moving parts and springs on our garage door. Michael was very professional and respectful explaining the issues with our door and provided us with as much information as we needed. He only took one hour to complete the repair process. He was kind and efficient and we appreciated his professional manner. We would definitely recommend using Precision Door Service.

After a little research I decided to call Precision for a spring repair. The appointment was scheduled in less that two hours. Received a text confirmation with the Technicians picture. Michael Bowman showed up on time, was courteous and knowledgeable. Showed me what parts had aged / worn and more than likely led to the spring failure. Very professional, made the quoted repairs, answered my questions, operated the door. Runs like a new door. Very happy that I made the call.

Labor Day morning the spring on our garage door snapped and our car was trapped inside! I called and spoke with Lynn (who was super nice and helpful) she sent Michael out to fix it. Michael was helpful and was able to fix the spring along with other issues on our builder grade door. Thanks to their help we were able to get the door open and the day wasnt totally ruined!! Would highly recommend

Yesterday, my almost 20-year-old garage door opener gave up the ghost. Garreth was there from Precision Garage Door of Akron in about two hours. When we realized the old opener was real and truly dead, we decided on a new LiftMaster Model 878 Max opener. Garreth was both pleasant and efficient as he installed and programmed it and gave me a primer on how to use it. All in all, excellent service!

Mike came this morning and found that one of our springs was broken. He thoroughly inspected our entire garage door system, and explained our repair options along with the warranties included with each. He went to work and got it working in a timely fashion.
