Sunday morning we discovered that our garage door wouldn't go up and the torsion spring had broken. I called Precision Overhead Garage Service and we had a Technician here in a matter of hours. Michael called before he arrived and gave us his ETA. He was very professional, assessed the repair and what parts were needed, gave us the written quote and off he went to fix the problem.
