Sunday morning we discovered that our garage door wouldn't go up and the torsion spring had broken. I called Precision Overhead Garage Service and we had a Technician here in a matter of hours. Michael called before he arrived and gave us his ETA. He was very professional, assessed the repair and what parts were needed, gave us the written quote and off he went to fix the problem. Michael did a great job and we were very pleased with his work. I wl'll call Precision again for all of my garage door repairs. John from Westfield Center, Ohio

We called Precision Door Service due to an issue with our garage door. The same day, a service technician, Michael Bowman, arrived to our home within the service window time to repair a broken spring on our garage door. Michael was very communicative and thorough while he was fixing our door. He was friendly and pleasant to work with. Michael did an amazing job and I would definitely recommend him.

Tim came within 1 hour of my call and was so thorough and so professional. He aligned the sensors and then oiled garage door so it is so much quieter. He showed me everything that he did so that I would be aware incase problem happened again. Tim was the best and Precision Garage door is a wonderful company and I would not use any one else. Highly recommend

I called the Precision Door 7x24 service number on Sunday evening because the spring on my garage door broke. They set me up for an appointment first thing Monday morning. On Monday morning, Michael called and let me know he was on his way. Michael was friendly and professional and explained exactly what would need to be fixed. The work was completed within a few hours and the door is functioning as it should. Thank you Michael and Precision Door!

Best experience. Tyler and Steve were knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and kind. Every option was explained, all products top quality and appropriate for the situation. Team arrived early and competed job in afternoon. I am so pleased with the entire experience, from the scheduler I spoke with in the morning, to the job being completed the same day. Being treated fairly and the peace of mind resulting from a job well done is priceless. I cannot reccomend highly enough.

We called Precision this morning and their tech, Michael, came out this afternoon. We needed to replace all the moving parts and springs on our garage door. Michael was very professional and respectful explaining the issues with our door and provided us with as much information as we needed. He only took one hour to complete the repair process. He was kind and efficient and we appreciated his professional manner. We would definitely recommend using Precision Door Service.

We had a great experience with Precision Door. Our garage door broke and we had a technician come out the same day I called. Michael B. was professional and helpful. He answered all my questions (I had a lot) and we eventually decided to replace the door. Steve T. came out and installed it a few days later. He was quick and efficient. He got the old door down fast (it was falling off the track) and replaced everything in three hours. We appreciated the service and will be using them again if needed.

We had the Precision Garage Door Techs (Garreth & Jason) at our home early and on time this morning - I was impressed with their timeliness, their attitude and their desire to get right to work. I was having a new garage door opener installed (LiftMaster 87504), they looked over the garage door area and made an honest inspection for corrections that needed to be made to the system. It took them only about 2 hours to get the whole job completed. They took their time to show me all that they did and how to work the different aspects of the opener and the remotes. This particular opener has a couple of special items on it that I was truly looking for - Battery Backup, Motion Detection and Camera - great item's to have in this day & age. I almost had a hard time to believe how quiet the door and everything else was after opening & closing the door several times. If you are looking to have a new garage door installed, a new opener or just some parts replaced - don't by pass this company and their Tech's - they are outstanding and I believe well worth the cost. btw: they do offer a Military discount - that's something you don't see too much. Thanks so very much to Precision Garage Door and their Technicians.
