We had a great experience with Precision Door. Our garage door broke and we had a technician come out the same day I called. Michael B. was professional and helpful. He answered all my questions (I had a lot) and we eventually decided to replace the door. Steve T. came out and installed it a few days later. He was quick and efficient. He got the old door down fast (it was falling off the track) and replaced everything in three hours. We appreciated the service and will be using them again if needed.

We had the Precision Garage Door Techs (Garreth & Jason) at our home early and on time this morning - I was impressed with their timeliness, their attitude and their desire to get right to work. I was having a new garage door opener installed (LiftMaster 87504), they looked over the garage door area and made an honest inspection for corrections that needed to be made to the system. It took them only about 2 hours to get the whole job completed. They took their time to show me all that they did and how to work the different aspects of the opener and the remotes. This particular opener has a couple of special items on it that I was truly looking for - Battery Backup, Motion Detection and Camera - great item's to have in this day & age. I almost had a hard time to believe how quiet the door and everything else was after opening & closing the door several times. If you are looking to have a new garage door installed, a new opener or just some parts replaced - don't by pass this company and their Tech's - they are outstanding and I believe well worth the cost. btw: they do offer a Military discount - that's something you don't see too much. Thanks so very much to Precision Garage Door and their Technicians.

Michael was our technician. He arrived on time and completed his inspection in a friendly and very professional manner. He explained everything each step of the way. We were at ease as Michael replaced the springs and performed the required maintenance. There were no surprises and we are extremely happy! I asked Precision to come out and inspect my malfunctioning garage doors. They were on time and called me to let me know they were on the way. Inspection was thorough and the techs identified issues that backed up my observations. Springs and bearings were replaced as all the hardware is 21 years old and not performing to original standards. All the work was checked in my presence so I could be satisfied with the quality of the work. The techs were professional and courteous. I'm very happy with their work.

The Garage door spring broke in our Garage. Precision came and replaced the springs for free after 16 years of use. They have a lifetime warranty and honored it. I am very happy with their service and the service man that came.

I had them come out and give me a price at appointment Actually came out a second time for re Measurement They actually came a 3rd time for measurement and And then tell me they can't do it Due to an issue with the garage Which I wouldn't have cared but you wasted my time on 3 appointments Do they know time is precious

Ms. Shaffer, yes we understand everyone's time is valuable. It is unusual that we would return 2 times after our initial appointment but in your case our technician was worried about the structure you wanted the door installed. We sent our lead technician out on the 3rd visit after the prior tech requested a second opinion on the viability of your installation. Upon his inspection, he determined the structure was unsafe due to the roof separating from the sidewalls of the home and we could not perform the door installation. That was not noticed during the prior 2 visits. It is unfortunate that your time was wasted and we apologize for that but we needed to ensure we gave you accurate information from a senior member of our team to understand what we could or could not do for you.

Overall Precision Door provided a quality product. We had some service issues and they did make good so far on what they sold us. Long lead time for the door but this is not a Precision Door issue.

I called to get a quote over the phone to have a new door installed on 2/8/22 and the girl that answered the phone took my information and said someone would call me back. I called again on 2/9/22 because I was never contacted, same situation she took my contact information again and said she would have someone call me and she put a note that this was my second time calling. Still no phone call 3 days later.

Our garage door spring broke yesterday after 6 PM. We were trapped. Several door service companies were not available until next week. Precision Door, Steve, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and gave us options for the repair. We have a transferable lifetime Warenty. Well make todays appointments.

This was the second time I've used Precision Door, and the technician, Tyler, was just as fast, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly as the first technician that came out a few yrs ago. Tyler pinpointed the issue w/in 5 mins, had the needed part on hand, and the problem was fixed w/in 20mins. He even adjusted the door a bit to ease the stress on the door opener. And all the while giving me advice on possible future problems due to my door's age and design. Could not recommend this company highly enough!

Had a broken spring, bearings, and some other miscellaneous problems. Austin came out, fixed. It professionally was very nice and handled everything perfectly. Not a cheap experience, But it was all done, right.

Very pleased with this company. In 2018 installed a new Precision opener and today resolved a problem with the door not going down all the way. Very happy with tech guys, office and communications. Best Door company so far and I have used three of them todate.
