We woke to a garage door that started to open and immediately close. On further inspection the one of the overhead springs had broken. Called Precision Garage Door of Akron and the scheduled a tech to come out that evening. Our tech, Austin Zink was on time and did a thorough inspection of the door and all hardware. He explained what needed to be done and started on it. My son and I were pleasantly surprised at how efficiently he had my garage door back to running order. Our Techs name was Tyler A and Garreth. Both gentleman were polite, kept the area clean, and the job was completed efficiently. A spring repair was completed, as well as installation of a new lift master opener. When I called to schedule a service, I was informed that they could come the next day. I will say that the cost was a bit more than I anticipated, but the opener is very quiet.
