Wow! My garage door wouldnt open. I called at 8 AM and they were there at 9: 55 AM. I had a broken spring, but really everything needed to be replaced I could see the rusty parts. The entire job was done in less that an hour. I was shocked. Austin Z was really nice a very efficient. I am so happy. I get to go back to work and pick up papers I printed for my next meeting. Tyler A. did a great job for me on Nov. 27. He did an assessment and answered questions. I had to replace my 24 year old Genie with a new model, 3120. Two remotes, an indoor keypad and an outdoor keypad were included. He was gracious enough to re-program my old remotes to the new door. After completing the work, he cleaned up the garage and walked me through everything. I was thankful for the company's 24/7 business hours. I was able to call Precision at 10:00 p.m., the night my old opener stopped working, and was able to get an appointment the next morning, the day before Thanksgiving.
