Our garage door spring and cables broke last night, and I was able to chat with Cameron at 11 o clock at night to set up an appointment at 8 am the following day (Saturday). My wife is due to go into labor at any point so the fact they had someone there in less than 13 hours was amazing. Tyler A. was my technician, and whatever hes being paid isnt enough. He was punctual, professional, and informative. He broke down my choices/options not only by price, but what fit best for our situation. I have his business card now so if anything ever happens hes a phone call away. I would highly recommend this company to anyone and everyone worth every penny.

We had a garage door emergency on a Saturday morning ! Our garage door was locked in the open position and we needed help! We called Precision Door and spoke with a kind lady who set up an appointment for us between 12p - 2p !! Our technician Tim C. called us and said he was in his way. When Tim arrived he greeted us with a smile and was so easy to talk with. He assessed the situation and explained in detail, the problem with the door. Tim skillfully and meticulously repaired our garage door. We would recommend him to anyone! Jack did an amazing job. He was timely, courteous, and explained everything he was going to do before the job (replacing both garage door motors and sensors) and went over everything he did after the job was complete. He explained how both the remotes and key pads operated and when the time comes, change the batteries. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again when we replace both garage doors.
