Fantastic experience that couldnt have gone better. The office was very prompt in setting up an appointment and it happened to be the very next day to my surprise. The technician who was sent out Michael Reitenbach couldnt have been more knowledgeable and pleasant. He was very professional and his work ethic was stellar. Precision Door - Once again great service! Called this afternoon to schedule an appointment and the tech, Mike Reitenbach, was out to our house by 5:30. He did an exceptional job finding the problem and fixing it immediately. He was very friendly, thorough, and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with him. Also, a shout out to the gal that scheduled the appointment. She was lovely and professional, as well.

This was the second time I've used Precision Door, and the technician, Tyler, was just as fast, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly as the first technician that came out a few yrs ago. Tyler pinpointed the issue w/in 5 mins, had the needed part on hand, and the problem was fixed w/in 20mins. He even adjusted the door a bit to ease the stress on the door opener. And all the while giving me advice on possible future problems due to my door's age and design. Could not recommend this company highly enough!
