Prompt, effective, efficient, and friendly. Our garage door spring and lift system needed attention; replaced with a Torquemaster conversion and new Liftmaster. Our technician, Jack, was friendly, presented us options, thorough in explanation without being verbose, and diligent in his work. Work was completed in a timely manner and instructional use given. Couldn't have asked it go smoother. Well done!

Steve was great! He was personable. He was concerned about walking through my house since we couldnt get in and out of the garage door, and he was careful not to bring in any dirt or bump anything. He arrived promptly and alerted me as to his arrival time. He was quick and efficient and he completed the job well! The cost of the repair was not as great. It was about $200 more than I had been quoted by another company, but Steve was awesome!
