The technician Jack Graves provided exceptional customer service. He was personable and knowledgeable, explained in easy details what was wrong with my garage door and what was needed to correct. Provided me with two options and explained the differences between the two. There was no pressure on me to decide which option to choose or none at all. I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service.

Tim C was very knowledgeable and gave me all my options during my garage door crisis. He was punctual and polite and got the work done in a timely manner with focus and very detail oriented! Garreth ,technician of Precision Door Service excellent customer service On time , through, explained problems and spoke with my home warranty person so they knew exactly what would be repaired/replaced. Offered options and got the door opener replaced in a timely manor and even cleaned up after himself. Very professional !!

I needed a new spring for my garage door. They came out the next day and said they have to do a 25 point check of my door before replacing the spring. I was told they could not put a new spring on because of liability. He then wanted to give me a price on a new door. I told him no way the door is fine and only needs a new spring. He charged me $75. Beware. They do not want to do any repairs only sell you a new door. I called a local door company and they put the new springs on for a reasonable price. I will let everyone I know about my experience with Precision door company.

My garage door is 30 years with original parts. Having issues, I called Precision. Tim Cosentino arrived earlier than time given. He was professional and knowledgeable. His attention to detail was top notch! He worked thru the rest of the daylight into the dark to get the job done. It's now like I have a new door!

We woke to a garage door that started to open and immediately close. On further inspection the one of the overhead springs had broken. Called Precision Garage Door of Akron and the scheduled a tech to come out that evening. Our tech, Austin Zink was on time and did a thorough inspection of the door and all hardware. He explained what needed to be done and started on it. My son and I were pleasantly surprised at how efficiently he had my garage door back to running order. Austin was courteous, professional and answered all our questions. Precision Garage Door of Akron really came through and got us back to new.
