If I could give no stars, I would. Im usually not one to complain, but I had a terrible experience with this company. Precision installed the garage system, so I called them when we had an issue with our door. The technician arrived without any intention of fixing the problem but rather trying to sell me a new system. He attempted to fix the issue and claimed he had never seen anything like it before. He then informed me that they no longer carried the same manufacturer, and everything would need to be replaced. I called a competitor, and they quickly identified that the belt was simply bound. They resolved the issue in just 15 minutes.

After getting it working, they discovered a couple metal brackets on my garage door were broken, which if left unattended would have resulted in a more extensive repair & downtime.
