Im writing this survey only because I was asked by Precision Garage Door for my experience. I wasn't asked if I liked the bill. Precision Garage Door technician Maxwell Adamczyk was very professional and knowledgeable in the repair of or Chamberlain wall mount opener repair. The total price of the service call was hard to justify. I was informed when making the appointment that the $75.00 service fee would be waived, and we would be charged for the work performed. The $75.00 service fee magically was rewritten as a Safety Inspection Fee? Not sure what this Safety Inspection was other than the garage door went up and down safely? Each of the service fees were not explained until all the work was completed, and the total invoice was presented with the fees. Reprogram of the Chamberlain unit of $90.00 was somewhat expected. A 10-minute adjustment of the track was another $100.00 charge was over the top just to get the invoice to a nice round number. I get the fact that every company needs to cover overhead expenses, but like I said hard to justify with what was done from my perspective as an individual just getting a garage door to function.
