My garage door opener had a loose wire and stopped working. I called Precision and they had a tech here the next morning right at 8 am, so my day wasnt interrupted. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a few minutes. He also re-programmed the keypad quickly. I appreciated the photo I received of the tech to increase my safety.

First time using precision door. I can say if I need any garage door work I would absolutely use them again. The installer Derek larch was great.he called about an hour to arrival. His work was great. He explained everything I needed to know as well. If you need garage door repair or looking for a door. I recommend precision door or Akron. I'm very satisfied with the work of precision door.

My tech was Shaun Sweitzer. I called at 9:30 am on a Saturday morning and he was at my house by 10:15 am! My door stopped opening and my car was trapped inside. We needed a new system as it was original to the house. He was so nice and polite and in about 1 hrs and a half I had a new garage door system. Much quieter than the old one. The price scared me but everything is high these days. Would highly recommend Precision and Shaun!!

Great service! Precision Door answered an evening call when I returned home from a trip to a broken garage door. The spring broke when I tried to open the door with my remote and the door was stuck open 2 feet off the ground at an angle and would not close, even manually. Precision had their tech to my house for their first appointment at 8:00am the next morning. The only other company that responded at all did not call me back until 10:00am when my door was already fixed.

I had Tyler come out since my cables had come off the pulley and I wasn't able to use my garage door. He arrived on time and was able to diagnose the issue. He gave me a few quotes for repair and replacement and explained each one. It took him about an hour from arriving to fixing the garage door. Overall I'm happy with the service provided. I will definetly use them again.

Last night around 8 my garage door broke, called into Precision around 8:30, tech Tyler A was here by 8:30 next morning. Unfortunately for me I needed a new door. He worked up a quote and it was I stick and will be installed tomorrow afternoon.
