I feel the service was good and timely. What I didn't like was that they have a $75.00 service charge but surprise you with a $10.00 fuel surcharge on top of that. And this is not noted until you get a receipt after paying. Not a happy camper after this surprise.

Tyler Adkins is extremely courteous and professional. He was set to be here from 8 to 10. That is exactly when he arrived and finished. Couldnt be happier with the product. This company was so easy to work with. Id recommend Precision to anyone. They wont disappoint.

Be Aware! I called in to replace a broken spring on my garage door. The technician, after literally a few-seconds inspection, decided that every moving part on the door needs replacement and provided an estimate of about $1300. It was a complete shock. He used scare tactics to try to make me feel that everything will break in a short period if I don't do what he recommended. I paid him the service call fee and called a local company. The job was done after few hours for a total of $360. The local technician took his time inspecting all other parts and found nothing else needed replacement. Precision is not a local company as they claim. They are a franchise of a much larger company with lots of overhead.

After a minor garage door accident, Garreth came over, explained what needed fixed now and what might be something we consider in the future. His knowledge and expertise, as well as his friendly and honest manner, made the experience go perfectly. Garreth was awesome. He arrived right on time and quickly got to work. He was incredibly knowledgeable and did a great job explaining my different options for a new garage door opener. He got me a quote fast for different options and once I picked the opener I wanted, he installed it. Installation was fast and Garreth made sure to explain all the features of the new opener before leaving. Amazing service and installation quality. I would highly recommend Garreth and Precision Door Service to anyone looking to upgrade their garage door and/or opener.

Adam my technician was nice and professional to me but for whatever reason when he pushed my garage door opener this morning it worked fine. He was here for five minutes and to charge me 85 dollars for virtually no work is unprofessional to me. I paid it but maybe 20 dollars or something like that would have been nice. I did buy a 2000 dollar garage door off of your company last year.
